When Gypsy Cab Company opened its doors in 1983, a new cuisine was introduced to the world--urban cuisine. "It's little of a lot of things ," says Ned Pollack, chef-owner of Gypsy Cab Company, where cab fare (the menu) draws on multiple influences including Italian, German, Cajun, Mediterranean, classical European, Souther, Oriental, and "Floribbean." Gypsy Cab Company, always a favorite with locals, has a reputation as being a casual restaurant with diner friendliness.

We have always enjoyed being a neighborhood establishment, and look forward to welcoming our local and visiting guests to our newest endeavor. I'd like to take this opportunity to personally thank you all for your support through the years.
